Rewinding old tapes: Modern Times

“Modern Times” is a serious social commentary in rather trivial frames of light comedy. Alike over sixty years ago – film is still relevant today and unless world changes drastically in the future – it will continue to be even more scary and less funny. Film essentially presents the story of a simple but extremely kind man caught in the traps of industrialized society.
