By performing my video work, concluded in the series of “vLogs”, I’m capturing ideas, inspirations and attention-grabbing patterns that emerge during my daily commute routines. I’m identifying themes, often fractal-like repetitions, trying to suggest conclusions.
As I look back, I often find, that they serve me the purpose of record tracking tool, analysing existences in particular space and time. Introduction of music, color and speed alternation helps me emphasize my vision to the audience by more dramatic appeal. Over the years, this particular mannerism was the most natural and desired to express my messages using various platforms of expression.

Trough my “movies” I’m often able to re-investigate own concepts of perception and self-awareness within mechanics of social environment. Within this patiently conducted study, there’s also certain fascinating factor of randomness. As author-director, I never plan/direct what to capture in particular video-impression. By doing so, I intend to join characteristics of citizen-journalism practices and contemporary video art.

    Great work!
Music and choice of video effects are very effective to surface the spectacular character of often unspectacular daily images.
